Please read the following terms carefully before creating an account on this platform or using any of its services. These terms govern the relationship between you and bet1.

1 Definitions and Scope
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the bet1 platform and all its members. Certain words used here have specific meanings, which are described below:
- "Platform" — bet1's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
- "Member" or "User" — a person who has created an account on bet1 and is using its services.
- "Services" — slots, live casino, cricket betting, poker, other gaming activities, and all features available on the platform.
- "Tournament" — any competitive event organised by bet1.
- "Bonus" — promotional offers, cashback, or any other financial benefit provided by bet1 to its members.
These terms apply to all services on the bet1 platform. Using any part of the platform automatically brings these terms into effect. Certain services may have additional conditions, which will be published alongside those services and will be treated as supplementary to these general terms.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use bet1's services:
2.1 Minimum Age
To open an account on bet1 and participate in any gaming activity, you must be at least 21 years old. Creating an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. bet1 may request a valid ID at any time to verify age.
If an account is created or games are played in violation of the 21+ age requirement, the account and any funds held in it may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, bet1 reserves the right to close them and cancel any bonuses.
2.3 Applicable Jurisdiction
Members must confirm that using online gaming services from their location is legally permitted. bet1 does not provide legal advice on this matter; the member bears this responsibility themselves.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on bet1, the member must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information during registration may result in account closure, and any deposited funds may be at risk of forfeiture.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bet1 may request any of the following documents at any time to verify a member's identity:
- A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport
- OTP for mobile number verification
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawals may be put on hold or the account may be temporarily suspended.
3.3 Account Security
The member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. The password must not be shared with anyone else. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the bet1 support team must be notified immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
bet1 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.
4.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an approved method registered in the member's own name.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met (see Section 5 for details). bet1 reserves the right to review withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotions
Each promotion has its own terms. The weekly bet1 Festival Bonus, bet1 Slots Fun Reward, Friday Special Deposit Gift, bet1 Birthday Gift, and Refer a Friend bet1 Reward — each offer has specific wagering requirements and a minimum deposit.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- While one bonus is active, another bonus cannot be claimed.
- A bonus is only usable in the game or category for which it applies.
- If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- bet1 reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse and cancel the bonus.
- A bonus is never converted directly into cash — it is funds available for gameplay only.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the bet1 platform operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial outcomes. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, bet1 reserves the right to void the outcome of that bet.
6.2 Betting Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. For live betting, bet1 is not responsible for issues arising from internet disconnection. In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, a decision will be made in accordance with bet1's standard rules.

6.3 Technical Issues
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to server errors, maintenance breaks, or other technical reasons. In determining the outcome of any bet placed during such a period, bet1's system logs will be treated as the final record.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet1:
- Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus conditions by artificial means (hedging, covering, or placing opposing bets on the same outcome).
- Account sharing or transfer — allowing another person to use your account.
- Chargebacks — unjustifiably claiming a deposit refund through a payment provider.
- Fraudulent activity — hacking, phishing, software-assisted betting, or any other system manipulation.
- Money laundering — attempting to deposit or withdraw funds from illegal sources.
- Operating multiple accounts — creating accounts under multiple names to obtain bonuses or other benefits.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. If necessary, the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 At bet1's Initiative
bet1 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Clear evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
- An account was created using false information, or documents were falsified during the KYC process.
- A chargeback or payment dispute is raised.
- Urgent action is required for security or system integrity.
8.2 At the Member's Initiative
Any member may close their account on their own request. To do so, the support team must be contacted. All active bets will be settled before the account is closed, and if a balance remains, the member may withdraw it via the designated payment method.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
If a member wishes to stay away from the platform for a fixed or indefinite period, they may apply for self-exclusion. This option is described in detail on the responsible gaming page.
9 Limitation of Liability
bet1 is committed to providing the highest quality of service through its platform. However, bet1 cannot be held responsible for the following:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Account information being exposed due to the member's own negligence.
- Service disruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
- Legal complications arising from the member violating local laws regarding online gaming from their location.
bet1's maximum liability will in no circumstance exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
10 Data Protection

bet1 never sells members' personal data to third parties. However, data may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or to prevent fraud.
11 Changes to Terms
bet1 reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before any changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made means the member has accepted the new terms.
